Chef Matthew Gatt of The Hungry Fox Bistro in Leeton has been a part of the hospitality industry for the past 10 years. During this time he has spent six years in the Riverina in what he sees as the most fertile and abundant food bowl in NSW. In his restaurant he tries to showcase this abundance to the local community. He is a keen supporter of all the local food producers in his area and the Riverina in general. He believes the amazing food bowl we live in should be showcased more often and taken as our greatest asset. His involvement in Taste Riverina is his way of sharing his passions for the area and its produce.
